RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Art Direct all aspects of design and project management
• Oversee projects and media projects, work with Director to communicate through detailed written and visual notes to develop projects
• Give effective notes and comments to various overseas and local vendors providing creative work to the studio
• Oversee Visual development for company branding to further- goals and strategy
• Work with the Client & Partner teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver creative material (presentations, digital / print projects attraction animation, color, etc.)
• Day-to-day project management of the Design team  providing review and critiques while maintaining production schedules/updates
• Present ideas and designs to creative team and senior executives on an ongoing basis
• Proactively drive schedules while being able to quickly react to changing business needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of management, staff, and external vendors
• Attention to detail and the ability to develop and encourage compelling and functional visuals
• Ability to sketch effectively
• Ability to remain calm under high-pressure deadlines while upholding staff and client expectations
• Previous personnel management experience highly valued
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills: ability to schedule team members’ time on projects, manage/traffic multiple projects at once; prioritize projects and work-flow based on business needs
• Ability to foster a creative and collaborative team environment keeping staff motivated and enthusiastic
• Hands on design is required of this job; Detailed notes Visual Development etc.
• Demonstrated ability and experience presenting to senior executives in large presentations and meetings
• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Keynote desired
• Flexible schedule is required, ability to travel on business, stay late or work weekends, if necessary
• Mac/PC proficient
• Knowledge of theater lighting / projection and audio  a plus
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Four Year college degree (Animation / Design)
• 4+ years of themed entertainment/ experiential /cable/broadcast, design, advertising, or entertainment industry experience required
